We ship worldwide from our location in Toronto, Canada within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of order.We use either Canada Post or UPS to receive the most competitive rates along with the fastest delivery times.

All orders will receive an email confirmation to indicate that the item has been shipped. Shipping fees are preset by region (wtihin Canada); however, any orders over $200.00 will receive Free Shipping (excluding International orders).

Taxes: Applicable provincial and federal taxes will be applied to all Canadian orders.
Taxes are not charged on goods that are shipped outside of Canada.

Any import duties and custom charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns & Exchanges

At my Bump Maternity, our return and exchange policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a complete refund within 14 days of receiving the purchase, less shipping charges. The item must be in the original packaging in the original condition. Shipping charges to return items are not covered by my Bump Maternity.

All Sale Items are Final and will not be accepted for return. All customized orders are not refundable or exchangeable.

Please contact my Bump Maternity before returning an item for your Return Authorization Number (R.A.).This number must appear on the outside of your package in order for a returrn to be processed.
